All items shipped will be shipped back to the customer via UPS.
When we ship your item back to you a notification will be emailed to your or you will be called to notify you of the shippers tracking # so that you can track your item until delivery.
All weapons should be disassembled down to the level you feel comfortable doing. If further disassembling is required we at Frog Bayou Grahpics will disassemble as needed.
Bows: All Bows must be FULLY disassembled prior to shipping.
All items shipped to Frog Bayou Graphics will be closely inspected and all defects, scratches or issues with that Item will be noted and the customer will be notified prior to decorating. At that time you can notifie the carrier of any insurance claims that may need to be put in place.
**NOTE** Frog Bayou Graphics will not be held responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping process.
